HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?
The T-Shirt style is pretty standard in sizing, so whatever size you normally wear is a good bet. The T-Shirt style is a men’s/unisex cut, so it runs closely to men’s sizing. The Women’s Fit style runs a bit on the small side. Ordering up a size isn’t a bad idea if you are on the edge of a size. The Hoodies run true to standard sizes. All of our shirts are made of pre-shrunk cotton, but there still is a bit of shrinking after washing (just not as much as regular cotton). Even so, it is best to wash the shirts in cool water and dry them on low heat to preserve the size and print.
HOW DO THE CUSTOMIZED T-SHIRT ORDERS WORK?
We love that we can supply customized designs for many of our shirts! When placing your order, just fill out the blank with the name, city or year that makes sense for the design. Once we get your order, we will get to work printing your one of a kind design.
Please note that on all customized designs, there are no exchanges or returns. But if your shirt arrives damaged, defective or is different than what you ordered, we will of course fix the issue!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All of our items are made to order using direct-to-garment technology. This means that there is generally about a 72 hour period from the time your order is placed until we freshly print your items and then ship them out. We can’t guarantee this time frame, but it is what we constantly strive for so that you can get your order as soon as possible! We cannot guarantee an exact ship date or a specific shipping time.
HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING WORK?
Domestic: We ship all of our orders through USPS. Most of our packages are shipped out First Class Mail and are delivered within 10 days. If your order contains 3+ shirts, it will most likely be shipped out with Priority Mail which will make it to you in 2-5 days. Shipping for domestic orders has a base rate of $4.99, but if you order more $75 shirts, you get free shipping!
International: We offer international shipping anywhere in the world! We send out packages through USPS who then hands off the package to the local government run mail service. International packages are shipping via First Class Mail and can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping to Canada costs $9.99 and shipping to the rest of the world is $12.99.

CAN I GET EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
At this time we don’t offer an expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can’t guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because all of our products are freshly made to order.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS THE SITE SECURE?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We use Shopify as our e-commerce provider, and they are as secure as you can get.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I TYPED MY ADDRESS IN WRONG?
If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, send us an email and we’ll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don’t catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. If you are having mail forwarded to a new address, please don’t send the order to the old address. The packages are not guaranteed to be forwarded.
If the package is returned to us, we can resend it to your correct address for a $5 reshipment fee.
CAN I EDIT AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?
We can usually adjust an order up to 5 hours after it has been placed. Send an email as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone will get back to you within 24 – 48 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we can always facilitate an exchange once you get your order
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since we are a direct-to-garment printer, we custom print each shirt based on your order. Because of this, once you place an order it goes right to our production queue and our team gets started printing your items. If you email us within 5 hours of placing your order there may be a chance we can cancel it. You can always return your item once it comes for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
I DO NOT LIKE MU SHIRT. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT?
We’ve got a 2 day return/exchange policy that starts counting down the day you receive the shirt in the mail (based on USPS tracking). We are happy to exchange or return shirts for only wrong shirt, size reason. The only exceptions are for custom shirts, clearance shirts and imperfection sales. For those three categories, no returns or exchanges are accepted. You can read the full exchange and return policy here.
HOW COME THE COUPON I FOUND ON ANOTHER SITE DOESN’T WORK?
If you’ve found a coupon code on a site other than ours, most likely it’s fake. The only place we list our coupons is through our email newsletter. Check out our coupon page for details.
